It was my first job in the core industry and if it weren't for there support I would not have been able to learn anything in a state of India whose language and culture is totally different.

For me it was the poor pay of the company that I was given then. The low salary added to my problems as it became very tough for me to attain a descent lodging.

There are ample of learning opportunities within design department and they don’t have the blame culture, so it is good place to make mistakes and learn from them without fear of blame.

there is no job security, particularly its like one man show THE CEO & his politics. if he find a person whose thoughts are not in line with his thoughts then he will be thrown out mercilessly even for no fault.

too much of politics especially the TOP MANAGEMNT (CEO & COMPANY SECRETARY)
