I was fresher ,when I enter to this company .I feel too happy like an employee of this company.employers treated with equal manner.here the employers don't have excellent educated.but they have great knowledge about their field.so I took maximum of their knowledge. I hardly thank the indo shell employers ,especially my NPD department

Dislikes

They fix yearly based salary.if somebody have well knowledge ,but they fix experience basis.this is bad
