...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I only like the relation what we made with our coworkers... There is nothing to be liked much in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not descent also the career growth is very slow. Nobody wants here anybody to learn new skills and attain a certain level. And the main reason for all this shit is those people who don't know anything about the work and are at the top level in the company.. They are like empty vessels which only makes unnecessary noise.
