I have 2.5 years experience in Indix info system I worked in L2 support on the present project as a production support engineer, and I performed service desk duties as a Level 2 support engineer. I have solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and Linux commands and have adhered to the ITIL methodology. We use shell scripts in our project, and I am familiar with them. As part of incident management, I created a ticket for each question and closed it with a confirmation. Our project has to do with banking; specifically, we work in investment banking. Trades that occur between two counter parties, or between counter parties and legal entities, are handled by our program. For every deal, we maintain track of the accounting setup, payment, and settlement data. Need to keep an eye on the jobs to notify in the event of a failure. Need to resolve current problems within the agreed-upon SLA. manually creating user service requests from databases in response to requests from users. created or health check on a regular basis. resolving the concerns expressed by users.
