In Indium it has flexible working time and the work culture is good. for fresher its a good platform to kick start your career you will learn a lot and you can able to gain more knowledge.

...mployee's life peaceful. If they are being burdened, they will keep burdened. 3. Apart from the salary coming on time, there are no other benefits At All. And did I mention about their so called competitive salary? No. I hope one can understand from here. 4. Insurance is so less with such confusing T&Cs.

...t that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.

Management. BIG time politics, favoritism. No appraisal, no communication on the delay of salary, appraisal and variable pay. This company does not have proper system, but speak as if they have process set in place. No job security, each and every individual in the system that too in the manger and above role have an insecurity on the skills that other new comer has. None of them in the organization have the listening skill. They dont listen to you AT ALL.
