it's avarage service based company market standed salary If the project was in red zone they pushed you to work on saturday or sunday at the starting time get salary for week day allowence by after it's only grand comp-off they ping late night ., Very rarely some times team meet condacted late night.

Worst company to work for. Upper management doesn’t understand the technology well. Appreciation goes to managers only. No recognition for developers who are actually working. If you are on project u are safe, they don’t retain anyone on bench.

Everything. So salary discussion, they make employees work on holidays. Too much discrimination.

I have joined 6 months back and for me everything seems going good. Place, environment, management all seems to be fit.

And did I mention about their so called competitive salary? No. I hope one can understand from here. 4. Insurance is so less with such confusing T&Cs.
