And did I mention about their so called competitive salary? No. I hope one can understand from here. 4. Insurance is so less with such confusing T&Cs.

In Indium it has flexible working time and the work culture is good. for fresher its a good platform to kick start your career you will learn a lot and you can able to gain more knowledge.

As a fresher you can't expect high salary package and appraisal.

Work environment is good For manual testing there is nothing to learn in this company , they don't follow any steps. If you are into gaming then you will love this company If you are into automation then you will learn lot of things from the projects (depends on the project )

...anisation after working with other organisation ) for them Hike is kinda "ok" For freshers ,salary is like peanuts and after working for one year or 2 years the hike you will gets is very low ,if you also perform well they don't give you that much so don't expect anything if you are going to join as a fresher

I have joined 6 months back and for me everything seems going good. Place, environment, management all seems to be fit.

Nothing as of now for me. But for New joiner the pay seems to be bit low compare of other industries.

...t that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.
