...t that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.

No good salary hike, they gave 5% hike this year to all levels. My current CTC is also very low after this hike also It feels like they treat us like beggers No growth opportunities No promotion in 3 years

...st organization I’ve ever encountered. They show no concern for their employees. If you decide to leave the company, they demand a payment of 7 lakhs. If you fail to pay, they terminate you and attempt to ruin your career.
