Job security:-is very punctuality. work culture:- is quite good because you know what you have to do after customer service as per department. management:- is the main part of hol understanding between you & your colleagues sometime it get njoy to do it.policies:- is quite difficult even every MNC has similar policies so it upto you how far & how fast you understand.

Very honest 2 thing are very slow and dislike for me 1 opportunities 2 salary growth,you working from since but in the same salary what is not as much as good

I have learnt so many things About fashion work culture And I'm cashier so I learn technical and non technical both the things

They not provide much salary Soo much hard work but not getting more salary

...ce. You can learn a lot about fashion, customer experience and many more things. Salary depends upon your last drawn and negotiation skills. Equality is followed here a lot but to work on productivity of each and every one it could be sometimes upsetting when as a senior you would have to work same as a staff the whole shift. A lot of physical work and mental pressure is there which most of the time is intolerant. Shift timings are just on paper in real you would need to work 1 to 2.5 hours extra almost every day without OT benefits or adjustments.

Dislikes

Everything comes with a price hence if you are getting growth, skills, knowledge on the other hand you would have to sacrifice your mental & physical peace. It's a good company overall but not my cup of tea.

Best place for develop responsibility, People management. Its been 3.5 years I was associated with zara I learn so many think and thanks Inditex for all support.

While Exiting it was very sed experience I received from organisations also I didn't received proper salary also.

Always ready for support for anything. Just a little example covid time we are getting salary at sitting at home.... So many thing are there for example 1) fair treatment 2) open communication 3) internal promotion 4) fast decision 5) high demanding for carrier

I dislike only salary increment....
