...weekends and festivals as it's a retail brand and then you will be burnt out. Apart from health insurance and on time full salary (including during covid times) there are no HR policy to name in such a huge MNC . You have the best job security hence growth is almost NIL.

Haha its a joke

...eople getting fired every week. They dont do any promotions. Lot of favouritism. If a person is hired in 22k for next 10yrs also he have to work on same salary. People who are not educated (like from bihar etc) work here for longer time bcoz they dont get selected anywhere else due to their poor communication skills. Even managers doesnt even know to speak in briefing . They cant even speak the basic english. Only people who can work like labours can survive here who are actually needy. I would never recommend this organisation even to my enemies. Even if i go jobless someday and only option i get is to work with Inditex (zara) then i would love to strive and die of hunger rather than working here.

...ce. You can learn a lot about fashion, customer experience and many more things. Salary depends upon your last drawn and negotiation skills. Equality is followed here a lot but to work on productivity of each and every one it could be sometimes upsetting when as a senior you would have to work same as a staff the whole shift. A lot of physical work and mental pressure is there which most of the time is intolerant. Shift timings are just on paper in real you would need to work 1 to 2.5 hours extra almost every day without OT benefits or adjustments.

Everything comes with a price hence if you are getting growth, skills, knowledge on the other hand you would have to sacrifice your mental & physical peace. It's a good company overall but not my cup of tea.
