Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They are transferring their employees in this situation, so one should understand what kind of support they are giving to the employees in covid19.. there's no public transportation available, still asking employees to come office - small salaried employees how they can afford cabs, autos who lives in long distance is also not given a taught by the company , that's a kind of support is given by the company
