There is no increaments , staff are not given opportunity, no safety for girls, though ladies are coming from very far, they are given late afternoon shift and it's totally not safe in an empty road at night.
The ontime salary and the good work culture and the most important is a great Team work who believe in excellence for the departure of flights. The latest change and advancement is brought into consideration and innovative ideas come forward always. My colleagues come from different cultures and values but we work happily with collaboration. The employee re hire policy is a great thing at Indigo.
Compensation needs improvement because the amount of effort we put in , we don't get the result back and also rotational shifts destroy work life balance . Even though we work only for 8.5 to 10 hours the physical and mental pressure is too high. Here, the managers create their own SOPs and never consider any unique strength about an individual. Appreciation from customers matters mostly but internally there are a few who see the good in someone.
