Very very slow in providing career growth and salary hike is like a turtle steps. Anybody who joins this company can only stay because of comfort and laziness other than that career growth can be considered to be on hold until you’re working here.

1. Company is not giving any satisfactory to dealers 2. No tours to dealer on haf yearly or product wise lifting only. 3.No giving any gifts article to dealers 4. poor in hotel allowance for sales officer

No work life no schedule nd shift fix timing, only nd only work for company. Management attitude towards employees like Employees are literate labour nd also don't respect any employees, manager take threats to fire employees on each of meetings. Very Toxic environment becomes in last two year. I am working here from last four year but now it's place not suitable for work...

...you work hard then you will get monetary benefits. Positional growth is slow. Good salary hike even during covid 19.

Traveling allowances could have been better. Some company policies need to be changed. Neutral about employee benefits
