Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company is a good consulting organisation and has many benefits and one of them is medical insurance for family included, which is very good. Other than that, i like the team who is very friendly and supportive. Overall vibe is nice, pressure is not there.

1. Feedbacks are of no use, they do what they want to do. 2. Upper Management and old employees play politics in the name of work, and unnecessary mental pressure, only wanting to implement without hearing the other side's story. 3. No work-life balance these people connect with you on weekends and have to carry a laptop everywhere, can ping you in the middle of the night after working hours.
