The company is big and successful. It has a good name in market. It makes a difference when you work for a big banner like Indicaa. Makes a big impact on suppliers and service providers. In simple words makes our work easier.

Dislikes

Most of the employees are uneducated and from small regions of India. Management interferes a lot in employees personal life. Too much politics, back biting has become a habit of all the employees because management enjoys and encourages it. If a mistake is been made, they believe in punishing the employee instead of training and finding a solution so that the mistake doesn’t happen again. Sorry to say but I moved abroad thinking that the environment will be very westernised as other MNC’s however it is as same as an Indian proprietorship running abroad.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
