Tbh, nothing that I liked. Ya, I agree pressure is normal in real estate but not this way. The way they work is wrong.

Dislikes

Don't expect FnF after you leave. It's been 5 months since I left, I didn't get the salary for the days I worked for in that month and also didn't receive FnF yet. Ask anybody in the company who left, none of them got salary or final settlement. They won't reply to the mails too.

Typical lala control company. Nothing good here. It's a trap to ruin your career.

The work culture is alright in all departments apart from transactions

Leave policy is terrible. Deducted salary during lockdown. Had a loss of pay for every leave taken. Have to work on Saturdays pointlessly. Lots of work place politics and drama

They offer great training programs and ongoing learning opportunities to help RM s improve there skill and knowledge New RMs get guides and support from experienced mentors helping then Navigating the real estate market with confident RMs have clear for career advancement within the company motivating them to strive for success RMs have top notch Technology and Marketing recourses like DROOS making there jobs easier and more effective

There is no clear of how incentive is calculated confused about what we owed Company

1. Inspiring team leader (CTO) 2. Regular mentoring and training when necessary by CTO and CPO 3. Space to explore the scope of the job 4. Plenty of work opportunities in the field
