The complete school administration is very interesting subject and depends upon management skills. And depends on personal talents and communication skills and public relations and the team work with the complete school staff. It's very responsible and sensitive work. Anyone of the school Job is very toughest jobs and very responsible about the school not only and the caring of the students very must. Finally I like the any type of administration Job. 😊👍

I am blessed that I have worked with the one of the best Organisation My experience is very good and I get very good exposure in ISBM. My Seniors Mr. Ritesh Sir, Mr. Abhishek Sir were the best Managers. My colleagues were very helpful and supportive. I have my further plans so, I left ISBM but I really like the organisation.

Everything no work culture no job security no career growth and most important no professionalism in staff and manager. They 'll treat you like grade 2 students. Why are u drinking water why are you to washroom?etc
