I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Don't waste your valuable time and energy. Salary won't be the same forever without prior information they will debucted 20-25%. If we ask HR will say management decision. I no proper communication. No proper protocol. Everything is fake.

And depends on personal talents and communication skills and public relations and the team work with the complete school staff. It's very responsible and sensitive work. I am blessed that I have worked with the one of the best Organisation My experience is very good and I get very good exposure in ISBM. My Seniors Mr. Ritesh Sir, Mr. Abhishek Sir were the best Managers. My colleagues were very helpful and supportive. I have my further plans so, I left ISBM but I really like the organisation.
