No job security-they can throw u out anytym but dont give u notice, they ll harrase u,make u pissed off, or ll give u somuch of workload which ll make u feel to give up. Very bad work culture-they invent their own rules, u cant work just for ur given profile, they ll pressurise u giving so many responsibilities, nor they give u week off, have to work if u r not well or need medical leave. Wen i selected i was number 9 candidate and after i joined n-number of ppl resigned due to their terms n conditions i have seen in 3 yrs.

Dislikes

People who dont have any option but to accept job opportunity and to follow their unacceptable rules and who are comfortable with unethical time schedules can apply there. There s no proffessionalism at all. Ur profile really doent matter ,bcoz they ll put a lable of multitasking job on u.
