Very cheap behaviour from Directors… they treat contract employee’s like animal..no increment for 2-2 years, if increment happen them max 500 rs … everything is in under Neha Hr … they have different way to get permanent

There is no new recruitments gradually all departments going to to contract basis.

ITI students and diploma persons even after complete their apprenticeship trainings and having experience certificates there is no single person recruit under IRE.

As we all know the Covid-19 lockdown effected on everyone's life and snatch the jobs of the workers working in it, but IREL (India) Limited, OSCOM helps their workers by giving them job opportunity in this pandemic situation and gives all the statutory benefits.

I don't have any dislikes about IREK (India) Limited, OSCOM.

Likes

The company provides good training which helps in skill and personal development, while the working environment is a bit uncomfortable since the firm mainly the mother plant for rare earth products. The firm provides training that resembles to on job training method , with which one can gather knowledge though practical.

Dislikes

Working environment is not suitable for persons with lung problems or asthma.
