Everyone in the team are dedicated to their specified given task and complete them before deadline.

Dislikes

Comparing to workload man power is limited as it is a 30yr old chemical plant it requires a lot of maintenance.

Very cheap behaviour from Directors… they treat contract employee’s like animal..no increment for 2-2 years, if increment happen them max 500 rs … everything is in under Neha Hr … they have different way to get permanent

There is no new recruitments gradually all departments going to to contract basis.

Dislikes

ITI students and diploma persons even after complete their apprenticeship trainings and having experience certificates there is no single person recruit under IRE.

Likes

The company provides good training which helps in skill and personal development, while the working environment is a bit uncomfortable since the firm mainly the mother plant for rare earth products. The firm provides training that resembles to on job training method , with which one can gather knowledge though practical.
