Only contactor base. There is a lot of politics and the management. Salary is decent and career growth is high. There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Growth of occupation health nursing officer in iocl extremely high.some time I have to work 16 hours in iocl . I attend many critical pt . In occupation ..like head injury, seizure , burn , and cardiac arrest.
