Here I'm still working for 3 years as a substation operator. Overall security is good. But according to this job career growth is poor.

It is great to learning how the empty Lpg gas cylinder testing through varius process and oprating the hydrotest machine and pneumatic machine which increse my skill and confidant .

I dislike Working under my contractor Because by him i am not gating my salary as my skill ans work.

Career Growth, Compensation Benifit and salary are so poor for Technician Apprenticeship. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Compensation is decent,but no growth for Apprentice.No work pressure but to learn about machines operation and maintenance.We work only 8 hours in which 1 our was for lunch.We reported to our safety officer.
