The indian navy gives high standard of knowledge of new technology and gives the good salary. The navy works with the differents states of people. All the peoples are working on one aim, self motivated, high skills on different equipments. The navy makes people to become gentle man with the management alongwith the leadership. The peoples of navy can do the any job any where upto satisfirs manner.The enviorment in the indian navy is discipline , puncuality and courage. After retiring from the navy with huge experience the peoples are becoming notable person on othet jobs in different state. Being a sailor in the navy we got oppurtunity to go different foreign country.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and sensitive.There is time frame fir working hours.Most of the people are being unnoticed of their work.The service length is depending on the higher promotion.There is certainity of length of service can do.

Likes

Training, work culture, atmosphere in Indian Navy were challenging. Salary was also good. I got posting most part of the country and overseas also.

Dislikes

There were nothing to be dissatisfied. A very honest, displined and challenging job to serve directly to the nation.

It gives a wonderful environment, learn about each and every situation,good salary,secure life with security

Dislikes

Difference between sailor and officers is makes life horrible,sailors can't do anything without their signature

Officer Level entry is Good. Pay and Allowances are the only motivation here. It purely depends on what trade your are working. SSC Officers are the best leaders who some how allow the Sailors growth. Other Than self ,Families fell safer, have a Better community for living when get quarters. military atmosphere is boon and bone childrens.

Dislikes

I don't suggest joining as Sailors. Still British era rules and treatment.

Good work environment and culture.Teamates are supportive and the management is transperant.company policies are gud. canteen also very usefull for employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of references and the management doesn't adress our issues.salary is low and career growth is also slow. On the job training is not given to the new joiners. Entering process of the company is worst.That work is not helpfull for me.
