...ronment and culturr. Teammates are supportive and the menagement is transparent. There isca huge cafeteria and gaming are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Company and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Great company to work with... Till date great experience.. Staff is cooperative.. Management persons are friendly and will try to listen you and your problems.. Overall good working environment without much pressure.

Dislikes

Decision making for anything is done by few people.You can not be the part of it. Even though they will have your opinions but they react according to themselves.
