The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I feel proud that I was a part of a research team. We work independently as well as in collaboration in a very cooperative environment.

Salary is decent but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work 16- 18 hours in a day as I have to do cell culture and sometimes late into the night which is fine because cell culture demands time and patience.

Work life balance is great. Work environment and culture is at par. And alot of scope of learning and growth in terms of new work that can lead to publications, patent, discoveries and innovation.
