Good work environment and culture. Team mates are really supportive. Excellent work experience. I also have security.

Dislikes

From my opinion, there in not any single thing which was wrong but still I have an issue of salary and no hope for better carrier growth.

Likes

I have been working here for the last 10 years. First I was a lab assistant then senior faculty and now I am the "Assistant Branch Head" of Nirman Vihar Branch. You are always given a chance to move forward here. Multiple skills and multiple tasking opportunities are provided.

Dislikes

Because teaching is a big responsibility, it is not an easy task to fulfil it and sometimes there are challenges in this work, so it becomes a little difficult to work.

Likes

I have learn alot from working here. Both supervisors and colleagues were very approachable and friendly. My research skills, ability to work under pressure and team work execution are also enhanced.

Dislikes

Few things i consider as not upto mark this company were, less opportunities of getting exposure in other fields rather than the assigned segment of works, no overtime work pay.
