...k environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and management is blind. Company policies are very worst, bad and they don't give good salary and hike and forgot about bonus.

...ots of worst politics and management doesn't address our issues. They are blind. Salary is not enough but work load is like MNC company. No respect of employees work load.

Good staff, good channels for communication, open for suggestions, friendly environment, supportive manager, lots to learn, lot of skills to develop

Factory Setting, outdated practices, ambitious projects, lack of focus, too many simultaneous projects, lacklustre organisation
