No technical work for contract base employees, no promotions ,no job secure ,same salary higher education and lower education employees no professional

The company is good and you can learn many new things here especially the tender procurement procedure.

Salary is less and increments are not good. The politics here is very much, some people will get the benefits even they are not working well enough.

Dectatorship of Senior Manager. In HH Trade business it is only one brand which contributes 97% of division's business.No other brands are established on last 5yrs time.
