Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I am a proud employee of this company.During lockdown,IEX provided me the salary of three months without working even for a single day.Even ,after lockdown,it is giving its employees the salary of 15 days without working i.e.we are giving 15days paid leave.I love the work culture of this company.

There are lot of things that are already mentioned above. Fake PIP programs to fire people when is already decided. Favoritism at the top.Poor IT infrastructure. No software life cycle is exercised. Hopeless Management

Dislikes

Extremely toxic and disrespectful work culture upto the top management . Favours the toxic people. No structured training program which creates a lot of stress on the trainee.

In The development team, u will find more learning and good work culture rest in all the teams u will find bad work politics

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad,u will find bad work politics. The work culture is not good. Even if you work late u have to be in office tom by 10 Orelse half day. No compoffs if you work on sat and Sun. And u will be called to work on sat and sun.
