During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Dislikes

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.

Likes

I feel proud that I served the Nation. The buddy system is like an family. There is no so much travel involved, however local travel is deemed upon day to day requirement. In Army our colleagues are from throughout the country and all religions, we enjoy with each other like a family.

Dislikes

I enjoyed the journey. Question of dislike does not arise. However, the compensation is good but growths is slightly slow.

Likes

... steep and have a number of challenges-physical as well as professional to face. The salary is pretty good with a number of other benefits and secured life for the family. Be prepared to do a lot of travel. Depending upon the situation you may have an opportunity to work in a foreign country, which is quite a rare chance. A well established guidance setup for resettlement of the officers and men at AHQ.

Dislikes

Every organisation have certain work culture depending upon the individual behaviour and organisational culture. Certainly, I would like to mention about the disparity with the short service Officers in the Army with quite a lot of them and not every one.

Only salary is appreciable which may be counted as less as job is 24x7

Dislikes

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.

We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

Dislikes

No dislikes just the problems based on salary.
