Compensation is decent, but growth is also...the work pressure is very high... sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late in to the night..

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Army policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Indian Army was my god and life. Good Indian patriot friends, excellent training, 100% job security, carrier growth for hard worker and sincere, good salary, well appreciation for who full dedicated for given task, no place for politics , Can travel all over India to understand our nation cultures, place for Idia and innovation and balance life with good health post retirement.

...colleagues in different conditions only because of togetherness and brotherhood. In my trade the career growth is limited, the salary before 6th Central Pay commission was not as such as of these days, we all did not feel any political sensation as of present days. Thats why I can porudly say.."Mera Bharat Mahan..!
