There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. So I love indian army then after retirement I have start a my new life in abroad plz any sponcer company for a loyalists and hard worker higher for his company so I am ready Plz honest and they give me work visa and offer later. 😊🙏😊
