We had done work on many touch situation but never felt hardness in my 28yrs courier because of the facilities provided to us and also the friendly relations with all our team mate who always help others in touch situation and our seniors are also friendly nature who always support us to do new task and encourage us which has made my life full of Obedience, sincere and a joyfull undiscriminating life.

I work with the pride and discipline. Working with aviation industry is always gives the satisfaction as a airframe supervisor. Time to time workshops are running by the organization for newly inducted eqpts.This is the govt job.No political interfere ,good working environment.I get travel all over india.All my colleagues are from different part of the country,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

All the compensation are good,but growth of individuals is slow process.The work pressure comes suddenly .So it distrub the individual family life.

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Dislikes

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.

Only salary is appreciable which may be counted as less as job is 24x7

Dislikes

Behavior of most officer's including doctors is rude towards Jawan. All procedures/facilities are meant for officers and their family.
