If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

For freshers, IM is a good platform. The salaries are paid on time. Even during the lockdown the salaries were paid. Though the amount was less but still paid. Was 5 days working before lockdown.

Too much work pressure.. No work life balance during work from home.

Pros-- Compensation and annual appraisal is very good Work-Life balance Job Security Great platform for freshers to learn No Polities

Cons-- Non IT Company Nothing much to learn after 3-4 yrs No Training for new Technologies HR has not much power No onsite opportunity

On time salary, incentives, conveyance allowance, early appraisals

Dislikes

Supportive seniors especially ZM- Tarun bansal who always motivates and supports the team , stands always for the team. He understands the concerns and helps to resolve our problem, but our BM - Samrat does partiality in the branch. Transfers sale and presents wrong image to seniors

Likes

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
