Incentives were good at my times but now that also reduced . Salary and incentives come on time 😃. Market acceptance and dominance is there when it comes dealing with customers.

Work culture is pathetic when it comes to professionalism. You cannot take leaves for your 1-2 days irrespective of how much important work you have. You cannot focus on your family and your personal development while working. Work pressure is huge and huge and targets are something which you will never achieve in your life.

Despite delivering strong performance as the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, I did not receive the promised salary revision. Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of certain contractual matters, which added to my dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support from higher management further hindered my ability to thrive within the organization. I also observed instances where client commitments were not adequately upheld, which I personally worked to address. While I take pride in the achievements during my tenure, I believe the organization would benefit from addressing its internal processes and fostering a more supportive and professional work environment.

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. Supportive seniors especially ZM- Tarun bansal who always motivates and supports the team , stands always for the team. He understands the concerns and helps to resolve our problem, but our BM - Samrat does partiality in the branch. Transfers sale and presents wrong image to seniors
