They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. Client are fustrreted with Indiamart In Indiamart 22yrs ,three employee get Blood pressure disease Due to high work pressure If anyone have thing to join Indiamart intermesh Pvt Ltd.. Do not go for it .
