For freshers, IM is a good platform. The salaries are paid on time. Even during the lockdown the salaries were paid. Though the amount was less but still paid. Was 5 days working before lockdown.

Supportive seniors especially ZM- Tarun bansal who always motivates and supports the team , stands always for the team. He understands the concerns and helps to resolve our problem, but our BM - Samrat does partiality in the branch. Transfers sale and presents wrong image to seniors

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary
