Huge attrition even at National head levels,that sums up the while.pictuire. Too many old employees in the system (mostly family relation) who are not even unproductive and their non performance is spilling onto.other people.

Client are fustrreted with Indiamart In Indiamart 22yrs ,three employee get Blood pressure disease Due to high work pressure If anyone have thing to join Indiamart intermesh Pvt Ltd.. ...ings per day during interview, once you join they force you to do 4 meetings , Weekly salary is just worst part of this company salary comes nd goes you don't even understand where did all you spent, pathetic incentive structure, if you do 75% of renewal your eligible , there is no exemption even the cheques gets bounced because of clients mistakes or technical glitch , Alot of attrition across team no employee stability They threaten you by pip even if you couldn't perform a single month , For them employee satisfaction is nothing just run behind money, applying old sales tactics No growth even if you perform,stay long , i saw PPL here fighting for promotion since 5-6 years , To get promoted higher superiors asks you to pretend like they want you to see North Indians are their favourites , they get respect ,they will be asked less questions comparatively , they are previlleged . When blame comes to managers (l2,l3) they raise their hand and l5 manager asks questions to L1 manager for the same , alot of excuses, no growth, you will be rubbed

...left Indiamart but came back eventually so that you don't think about moving on. Less salary, no promotions. I have seem people working on same designation for 12 years.
