Despite delivering strong performance as the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, I did not receive the promised salary revision. Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of certain contractual matters, which added to my dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support from higher management further hindered my ability to thrive within the organization. I also observed instances where client commitments were not adequately upheld, which I personally worked to address. While I take pride in the achievements during my tenure, I believe the organization would benefit from addressing its internal processes and fostering a more supportive and professional work environment.

...uff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. Nothing it's have poisoning work culture.salary on time but staff behaviour so pathatic no development in skills only time wasting organization

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

Salary problems bcz of off roll job . Salary Fully depends on the Owner of channel partner. And it's very hard to except that after giving a effort fully in a month ..u not getting ur number.

...s executive under bareilly channel partner Reliance Refrigeration & Electricals. I resigned in 24 September 2023 but my last salary still hold & channel partner is not giving my remaining salary part please help me. Even FNF period 45 days is over.
