Dislikes

Too much pressure. Indiamart treats its employees like donkeys. Everytime, after some days, work burden is added more and more with the same pay. Than focus on real problem solving or servicing, more pressure is on just talking to clients to complete a talk time target and convince them anyhow for renewal of service. Hevy pressure., working on lengthy processes, Many times technology doesn't work and the system is stuck. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm but they give you so much work and at the end you will not be able to complete even after working 1 hour extra..they will tell you that you did nothing and wasted the entire day. Working days are Monday to Friday and you need to work at last saturday of the month and many time on any saturday due to work load and on all saturdays in March.

Nothing much to like about this company. Only the fact that you can learn something if you are a fresher, and the work hours are normally not too lengthy like other sales profiles in other companies. That's all.

...r vehicle. Also, use your own data pack and call balance to call the clients. 3. Company doesn't provide any salary hike year on year. 4. One of the worst employee centric companies in India. They don't care if you live, die, happy, sad, angry, satisfied, dissatisfied. They just want sales, they don't consider it's employees as human beings. 5. It didn't allow me to take leaves although my mother's health was not well. Company asked me to resign instead. 6. Policies, targets, purposes will change every month and you will be threatened to follow them. 7. You will not get any support, advice or help from senior management. 8. Work culture is terrible. Upper management will make sure that your life is extremely hectic. 9. No growth opportunities whatsoever. Work in the same position for the rest of your life. 10. Overall, you'll be highly dissatisfied with the work. Join only if you are a fresher and want to gain some experience of 6 months to 1 year maximum.

Many people have no intentions of learning and they are very casual .They are treated as son in law's, daughters. Mr. Vaibhav kohli is very arrogant floor manager. He doesn't have any sense of talking . He is hardly 3 years old in the system and every month he keeps doing experiments without logical thinking. All of his experiments have been failed but still he thinks himself as super talented and people who are working there since long are having capabilities issues. He keeps humiliating people just like that. His words are extremely concerning and pathetic that a family person would either resign immediately or suicide infront of him only . Oonko lagta hai baaki log ganga ji me milenge aur wo direct moksh praapt karenge. Itna arrogance itna attitude itna ghamand power aur position ka poore Indiamart me sirf inke hi paas hai. One should learn from DA that itni badi company scratch se banane ke bawjood wo kaafi humble hain. DG is also a jam of a person and has appealing Aura. Pulkit Pandey was a logical thinker and tele monthly was doing well in his supervision. Wahi company successful hoti hai jahaan long tenure wale employees jyada hote hain. Be it google, microsoft or tcs. Jo company apne old employees aur old customer ko retain na kar paaye wo naye employees aur naye customers leke kya hi grow karegi. Vaibhav sahab(sir is a tiny word for him) thinks that few people have been promoted by giving bribe and not on their merits. New Rm's are being promoted on the basis of buttering and not on the basis of merits. He is arrogant and baseless thinker. Executives who never performed,are being made auditors and rm or Bm who got promoted after giving repeated performance,are being treated as wage worker/street workers. He always threatens everyone that he will take away the job. Company has an ATL policy if manager forces any subordinates to resign but still,he keeps forcing everyone to resign. Instead he should resign as he has done nothing . He came to strengthen churn but due to his baseless experiments,company has lost their talented employees as well as customers drastically. Aaye the churn theek karne,churn aur sale dono kha gaye. Attrition itna jyada ho raha hai ki ye L1 and L2 ko linkedin par post karne ke liye kehte hain DG and DA must intervene immediately and take some serious steps else company doob jayegi . Jaise ek Amir khan brand ambassador banke growing company dooba di waise inki wajah se Indiamart doob jayega.
