Travelling conveyance is not provided by Indiamart as we employees have to travel alot at client's office which becomes quite expensive approx 3-4k every month goes in travelling expenses which are not paid back to us as conveyance or traveling expenses.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.

Job is secure only when you are performing .. Proper training is given to new joiners .

Lots of politics and management does not address the issues of the employees. Salary is decent but growth is slow . No work life balance . High pressure . Lot has changed in past 3 years and now I feel it's not a employee friendly organization .
