...and worst company doesn't even care for there employees just pressure them with there work and give them salary like shit and not even give promotion for hardwork especially there is manager eliane dicosta named she is worst she does not even know how to manage the work i dont know how she became manager she only puts pressure on her team and she gives promotion to her friends and close one

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In this organisation when the person is perfoming and achiving their targets they do not provide carrier growth or increment at that time and they follow thir old policy the person has to be onroll than only he will get incriment or he has to be atleast 2yrs in the organisation for promotion

Innovations are welcome here. Good company to start your career. Learned MS office and lots of soft skills. Team is professional. I like employee rehire policy. Job security is quiet high compared to other private company. Enjoyed my start here.

Compensation is decent and slow here. To get onroall also takes some time. Managers don't value any individuals unique strengths. No career growth no professional and personal life balance. Sometimes they call you on vacations as well without any prior notice. As a fresher you can join but don't get settle here. Your values doesn't matter here. Got some horrible experiences as well. Humiliation is quite normal here.

Don't join here at the post of Insurance Advisor. No fixed salary. You will get commission when you sales insurance policy. Your fixed salary will be started when you sale rupees 1.5 lakhs of policy. As a fresher you will struggle to get customers to sale policy as company will not provide leads. So you will not have any other options except convincing your family and relatives.
