Never ever think india Kawasaki motors Pvt Ltd as a MNC company. Even though small scale industries are way better than ikm with regards of work culture, and company policy..in my point of view it never have any policy that helps employee

Their salary structure, work policy, internal politics, mainly they don't know how to treat a employee. Don't waste your life at joining there.

...nese they don't Focus on employee engagements nothing for employee motivations. No Support From Indian mangers regarding any technical work, and all blame to employee normal small scale employee have better salary then Kawasaki managers All the decision are controlled by Japanese member, no any Indian have any authority to take any decision I Humbly request you to don't join this company. please don't waste you time, there is nothing to learn please Join Small scale MIDC company for skill learning

...aki is a good company but still if you compare to OEM like Tata motors, Honda .. company is not at level in terms of salary and benefits.

Japanese attitude is not good as they are like " I am the king" and they didn't take feedback from Indian employee and also all top management are japanese.

Buses to pick up & drop. Canteen facility. Mediclaim for all family members. 5 days working.

...less & nonsense Indian top management.They are there because no one hiring them. Engineer level peoples on Managerial positions with salary of engineers 😁 No increment. No technical growth. No work.. No future plans. It's totally wastege of time.
