... fact People who work there have pathetic feedback . Environment is toxic . Salary comes on 20 of-the month . Timings are such strict if you are 2 mins late you are fired also they deduct your hard earned money if you are 15 mins late. Don't worry about the post as whatever post you are working there are almost all the employees to interfere and judge you as because of so much of hiring and firing people are doing every job for the survival . Nothing is steam-lined .they will call you irregular but they themselves are irregular since years . I wish the company good luck as for sure company is gonna run on luck only .

Environment Stability Work culture Work life balance Salary Mental well being You financial plans HR Employees who want to work on daily wages can join the company as nothing is gonna run the way you plan as company doesn't plan anything . Hr is so rude to handle . Directors are so rude to handle . Company ruins the employees mental well being that you will end up in self doubts. Though the company is full of doctors but nothing noble you will find .

Every company faces the issues of development from the employee end also, so staff should also understand these things to grow. Due to last reviews currently major issue of hiring is trust. On that company have to work.
