Work culture leaves a lot of room to want more! Toxic administration - unnecessary interference in patient management, but they seem to disappear when their support is actually needed in certain cases. A lot of admins have ZERO idea of the ground realities Poor support staff to patient ratio - mostly the brunt is borne by the Medical staff for this as the attendant believes the Doctor is responsible for EVERYTHING, including cleaning and diet services. HR believes they are the only ones who have the company interest at heart. Admins will popularize and circulate all the GOOD reviews for them and all the BAD reviews for clinical teams in the internal groups, creating unnecessary pressure. Other way around, and those reviews are swept under the carpet. You may be reprimanded for a bad review, nut never appreciated for a good review. The appraisal process is poor and you WILL feel unappreciated. Benefits are non-existent and not even basic healthcare is properly covered, when compared to other corporate companies or even smaller hospitals, which is ironic - this being one of the larger hospital chains in north India.

... basic manners. Hope God bless this hospital. Already sold anyways to Max group. Salary will be delayed upto 15-20 days. If u sak them, reply will be like it's your fault that u are working here.

Dr.Manik Sharma and Dr.Vineet Gupta are very good person and that things was very nice....

They giving salary very delayed,no increment in salary timely,they have not paid my salary during covid period around 70 thousand,though they promised to paid 50% of my remaining dues but after commitment they haven't paid my salary...they not paid the doctors salary,I did covid duty in that hospital but they are not good human .....I requested so many times but they not response....I leave the hospital because I got admission in PGT Ophthalmology and I told them, I also informed to the HOD, he helped me a lot and hod sir discussed to management but they were not convinced for my remaining payment..... they are follow all the rules and regulations except paying salary timely, that is why I not satisfied with the management and HR of Jaypee hospital Noida sector 128 , Gautam Buddha Nagar...

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital. Pay is generally good. ( never on time though)

You will have to constantly go to the HR department to ask for ur salary. There is no rule that a doctor has to work for 48hrs, unlike every other hospital. It could be anything depending on the demand. Which means no work life balance. There is no growth for resident doctors, so u better study!!!!

It was an overall great experience and friendly colleagues and seniors. Also some nurse staff were really good

There is no particular time for salary to be credited. There was huge delay in payment of salary most of the time crossing more than half of the month.. Also some unnecessary workload regarding certain documents was given which was not really required to be done by the doctor on duty. Instead a more practical working and learning experience would have been better. Also there was no library in case we get time during lunch to study.
