People are friendly and approachable. A shallow hierarchical structure helps in a good and friendly communication with higher management.

Dislikes

Unpaid overtimes, frequent unpaid mocks on Saturdays. No night shift allowance, No bonus/compensation to employees during COVID19. Work from home at your own (internet/electricity/other) expense.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
