...e not good. A lot of politics play role in extension of contracts and promotion. Uneven salary, calculated on the basis of politics a person can play and do buttering is another big demotivation.

One thing that I liked was flexibility in work and cab facility provided by the organization.

Dislikes

The company lacks professionalism. Most of the time their stakeholder includes government officials. And the people of the organisation behave like peons to please the officials. I mean, no one can offend them but there smthing known as liaison. Working with organization in health sector and then switching to IHAT was a bad decision bcoz their, staff have voice but in IHAT staff have to please them by doing every other thing than the actual work. Senior management (state level) is not competent enough to talk directly to district level official nor support subordinates. The situation is more aggrevated by the internal politics. You need to have the skill of licking a$$ to survive here
