...e not good. A lot of politics play role in extension of contracts and promotion. Uneven salary, calculated on the basis of politics a person can play and do buttering is another big demotivation.

To be honest, alot of things, work ethics, integrity, work culture, internal promotions, team building, top management, job security and value for each employee.

Seriously nothing much. But salary may be an issue for some as compared to market scenario.

...ady to accept as well. This is very much safe place for work both women and men. IHAT paid salary to staffs on time, prior to last day of month. I love working culture and would be happy to work with IHAT in future.

Compensation is decent but need to be increase little bit salary bracket on each level. The work pressure is very high sometimes.
