Top Management all are caste based . They will make only their caste to grow and be in top position with high salary benefits and Perks. It is caste based not India cements Iyer cements . Lower level will never come up in career even if they come full politics with caste based

Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line.
